Training & Development

Workshops for operators, supervisors and managers, built around the processes they work with every day.
People understand a tool more easily when they can apply it to a familiar problem. We combine short explanations with exercises, data and examples from production. Each programme is tailored to the participants’ roles and the outcome you want to achieve.
Lean and work organisation
- 5S, workplace organisation and visual management
- Standard work and clear work instructions
- Identifying waste and value stream mapping (VSM)
- Production organisation, capacity planning and information flow
Problem solving and performance monitoring
- Root cause analysis: 5 Whys, Ishikawa and structured problem solving
- KPIs, OEE, downtime analysis and interpreting deviations
- Quality management fundamentals and decisions based on data
- Exercises using examples from your own processes
Developing supervisors and teams
We address the supervisor’s role in production, setting priorities, communication between departments and following up agreed actions. Participants practise running operational reviews and turning an observed problem into a task with an owner and a deadline.
How is the training delivered?
Before the workshop, we agree on the topic, participants’ experience and the examples to use. Training can take place over one day, three days or several shorter sessions, depending on the team’s needs.
At the end, we define what participants will apply at work and how they will check its impact. Where further support is needed, we agree follow-up with their supervisors.
Request an initial assessment
Tell us about the challenge, process or project where you need support. In an initial discussion, we will clarify the objective, available data and possible scope of cooperation.
