From requirements to the selected solution

With your team, we define the scope, technical and operational requirements, expected capacity and acceptance criteria. We prepare the action plan and budget, coordinate suppliers and track risks, changes and decisions throughout delivery.

FAT, SAT and commissioning

Before equipment acceptance, we agree on the checks to be carried out at the supplier’s site (FAT) and after installation at your site (SAT). We coordinate testing against agreed protocols, record deviations and follow up open items.

Preparation for operation includes documentation, user training, maintenance and the resources needed. After start-up, we monitor capacity, quality and process stability against the agreed criteria.

Delivery control and handover

We regularly review schedules, costs and responsibilities. We coordinate production, quality, maintenance, purchasing, logistics and finance, and support customer communication where required.

We close the project by checking acceptance criteria, reviewing outstanding obligations and handing responsibility over to the operational team. Customer requirements and applicable quality system requirements are included in the project plan from the outset.
