Quality & Supplier Development

Independent support at your supplier’s site: checking processes, products and the implementation of agreed actions.

Customers without their own team in Croatia or the region often need a reliable assessment before shipment or following a complaint. We work to an agreed scope, technical documentation and acceptance criteria, reporting findings and outstanding risks.

Process and supplier audits

We check how requirements are applied in daily work: process parameters, control points, records, employee competence, traceability and the handling of nonconforming products. Audits follow criteria and a scope agreed in advance.

  • New supplier assessment and readiness for series production
  • Review of control plans, work instructions and change management
  • Process and layered process audits (LPA), and review of FMEA and SPC implementation
  • Supplier development plans, responsibilities and verification of actions

Pre-shipment inspection and stock verification

Before inspection, we agree on drawings, product characteristics, the control plan, sampling and acceptance criteria. Checks may cover dimensions and appearance, quantities, labelling, packaging, documentation and loading preparation.

The report records the quantity inspected, findings, segregated products and open items, with photographs where needed. Acceptance and shipping decisions follow the authority agreed with the customer.

  • Pre-shipment inspection and reinspection after corrective work
  • Physical verification of stock quantities and status
  • Traceability checks and segregation of suspect material

Resident quality and containment

For recurring issues or increased risk, we provide an agreed on-site presence. We monitor the situation, coordinate segregation of suspect products and additional checks, and connect the customer and supplier in resolving day-to-day issues.

Complaints, root causes and corrective actions

We help the team identify root causes (RCA), define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and prepare and follow up 8D reports. Temporary customer protection is tracked separately from the actions intended to prevent recurrence.

We verify effectiveness through records, reinspection or process monitoring. The customer receives an overview of findings, owners, deadlines and evidence that actions have been completed.

Quality representation on behalf of the customer

The scope may include supplier meetings, escalation follow-up, new product readiness checks and reporting to an international customer. We agree the role, authority, frequency of on-site presence and reporting arrangements before the assignment begins.
